UF Service Agreement for IT Resources Managed by Associates
<Owner/manager> of <IT resource> serving <customer> will coordinate with <unit liaison> and is responsible to protect UF IT resources from any problems resulting from <IT resource> by agreeing to following:
- Coordinate with unit liaison and UF Computing and Networking Services to restrict access to only that which is needed
- Allow network access from UF vulnerability scanners
- Limit running services to only those which is needed
- Maintain current revision and patch levels
- Respond quickly to incidents to avoid being blocked by network filters
- Using strong encryption for remote access
