Directory Project

The Directory is designed to improve directory middleware systems and services for the University of Florida and associated organizations. UF Directory Services developed during early phases of the project provided fundamental infrastructure support to enhance collaborative work. The scope was defined by the project charge.

UF Faculty, Students, and Staff

Update my UF Directory profile (valid GatorLink ID and password required)

A permanent link to the "Update my UF Directory profile" application is located on UF's Admin Menu (UF home page, Quick Links section) under the "My Self Service" heading.

NOTICE: Although the Directory allows members of the Faculty and staff to change their home address independently, employees are still required to complete and sign a W-4 form which must be submitted to Processing and Records, Human Resources Divsion, PO Box 115004 (429 Stadium).

Directory Coordinators

Directory Coordinators manage data for individuals and organizations. Directory Coordinators are able to search for people and organizations, add people to the directory, manage profiles of individuals within their Authority Code and define roles describing how a particular individual is associated with their unit of the University of Florida.
